Jump Training Opportunity

The licensed physical therapists at Legacy Physical Therapy will design a customized training program to improve speed, strength, power, agility training and endurance.

Individual needs related to position, body type, and medical history are always considered carefully during program design for individual athletes.

Team goals and expectations are incorporated into team training in consultation with the coaching staff.  Small team group training sessions are ideal for individualized attention and team bonding.

15U-18U Registration Night

Thanks to everyone for coming to the 15U-18U tryouts this weekend!

Registration night for those players accepting spots on these teams will be Tuesday, November 22 between 6:30pm and 7:30pm at the Cardinal Rigali Center.

10U-14U Registration Night

Thanks to everyone for coming to the 10U-14U tryouts this weekend!

Registration night for those players accepting spots on these teams will be Tuesday, October 25 between 6:30pm and 8:30pm at the Cardinal Rigali Center.

Open Gym Canned Food Drive

The CYC VBC Open Gym held on October 9 was a huge success.  Instead of charging an admission fee, we asked for a donation of canned food items.  The players attending Open Gym were very generous!  


We collected more than 200 items, which were donated to the Salvation Army food pantry.  In addition, the girls had a great time brushing up on their skills and meeting our awesome coaching staff.  Thanks to everyone who attended and donated to a worthy cause.  Good luck in the upcoming season!

Tournaments fill quickly so please register as soon as possible.

Want to brush up on your volleyball skills, meet our coaching staff, and help a good cause all at the same time?  Join us for Open Gym at the Meyer Youth Center!  Your admission 'fee' is a canned good that will be donated to a local food pantry.  A signed permission form is required!

CYC Volleyball Coaches Receive Gateway Region Meritorious Service Award

We are proud to announce that two of our current staff members and one former coach are 2011 recipients of the Dennis Lafata-Robert L. Lindsay Meritorious Service Award. They are being recognized for their contributions to volleyball at the regional level. Congratulations to Paul Scovill (club director), Chris Reid (15 green coach), and Denise Naes (former 12 green coach)!! Your award is much-deserved. CYC Specialty Clinics

St. Louis CYC Volleyball Club will offer a series of special camps in July.  The goal of the specialty camps in to reinforce proper technique for for individual skills with high energy and lots of reps.

To register for the camp, download the REGISTRATION FORM.
You will also need the WAIVER FORM.

CYC heads to Atlanta

CYC is sending 7 teams to participate in USAV's Girls Junior Nationals in Atlanta, GA. 5 teams qualified at the Gateway Regionals- CYC 18 Green (National), CYC 15 Green (National), 13 Green (National), 12 Green (National) & 12 Blue (American) joined previously qualified CYC 14 Green (National) & CYC 16 Green (Open).  To commemorate this, CYC has designed a t-shirt for Nationals.  To place an order, please return the order form(Click HERE for Copy) to the address listed. This must be received by June 11 in order to get the tshirts by Nationals.

Great Weekend for CYC... two teams win National Qualifiers!

Congrats to CYC 14 Green for winning the 14s National Division of the Mid-East Qualifier held in St. Louis!  The team went undefeated in 9 matches to sweep the championship!

Also, congrats to CYC 16 Green for winning the 16s Open Division of the Colorado Qualifier held in Denver.  16 Green won five matches in a row to win the 64 team open division.  

Both teams earned trips to USAV Junior Nationals to be held in Atlanta at the end of June!
