Jump Training Opportunity

The licensed physical therapists at Legacy Physical Therapy will design a customized training program to improve speed, strength, power, agility training and endurance.

Individual needs related to position, body type, and medical history are always considered carefully during program design for individual athletes.

Team goals and expectations are incorporated into team training in consultation with the coaching staff.  Small team group training sessions are ideal for individualized attention and team bonding.

15U-18U Registration Night

Thanks to everyone for coming to the 15U-18U tryouts this weekend!

Registration night for those players accepting spots on these teams will be Tuesday, November 22 between 6:30pm and 7:30pm at the Cardinal Rigali Center.
