'TOTS' ALL SKILLS CLINIC
This clinic is offered to girls 8-10 years of age at the Meyer Youth Center on July 14th and July 28th.
It will focus on the teaching of basic volleyball skills such as forearm passing, attacking, setting, overhand serving, etc. In addition, we will introduce basic floor defense and blocking. Skills will be introduced in presentation form, reinforced in drills, and put into play. The camp will be run by current CYC VBC coaches. Follow the links below for registration and waiver documents.

SUMMER POSITIONAL TRAINING
The summer positional training clinics are designed for girls entering 6th - 9th grades. Each clinic will be 1.5 hours and will be held at Meyer Youth Center in Chesterfield on July 14th, July 28th, August 4th, and August 11th. A minimum of 8 athletes and a maximum of 16 athletes will be registered per clinic.
The goal of the summer positional training clinics is to teach and demonstrate proper technique in each position. All participants will be instructed on the overall responsibilities of the position and the importance of aggressive serving.
Available clinics include: Passing & Defensive Boot Camp, Outside Hitter Clinic, Setter Boot Camp, Middle Blocker Clinic. Follow the links below for registration and waiver documents.
